Charles Dudley MPT
Charles has humble beginnings as a rehab tech for Union Memorial Hospital where he assisted therapists in a wide range of areas from Med-Surg, joint replacements, hand therapy, and sports medicine. He continued working for MedStar while attending the University of Maryland, Baltimore and even after graduating in 2000. He then started working for University Specialty Hospital where he worked with people with brain injury, spinal cord injury, coma emergence as well as other neurological and orthopedic injuries.
In 2003 he moved to Germany but still came back to the U.S. to work as a therapist. 2003 found him in London working for the State Department and obtained his UK physiotherapy license and ventured into private practice. Upon return to the U.S. in 2008 he settled down to work at Franklin Square Hospital but continued to work in outpatient therapy.
Eventually, he left Franklin Square and started Dudley Physical Therapy in 2014. He continues his thirst for knowledge that can be used to best help his clients, adding pelvic health for men, women and transgender communities plus electromyography and biofeedback as his latest additions.
